Me and Buddy garden.jpg

Buddies Story

Buddy was my best friend growing up. I had him from a puppy and we loved spending our time training in agility, obedience and heelwork to music. I have many happy memories of jumping over hurdles in the garden, dancing in the kitchen and winning the fun agility at Burghley Horse Trials two years in a row.

I hope to become your pet’s buddy, and them mine.

With two years professional dog walking experience, and two years of being an active Borrow My Doggy member, I’ve cared for many dogs of all types and backgrounds.

I’ve also worked at my family Cattery, a Veterinary practice, The Blue Cross rescue Centre and a number of farms, meaning I experience working with the following animals:

Dogs, cats, rabbits, guineapigs, hamsters, fish, chickens, pigs, sheep, cows, horses, tortoise, bearded dragon and more!

About me

I love the countryside and feel at home in the great outdoors, no matter the weather. I have my own cat, Tilly who I rescued from the RSPCA and I hope to rescue a doggy of my own in the near future! I have the ideal job for it after all!

I grew up in East Sussex, but have found myself now living in the Vale of Belvoir. There’s pretty villages, wonderful walks and a great selection of dog friendly pubs… I just love it!

Always a lover of the outdoors and animals, I studied Agriculture at the Uni of Nottingham then spent five years working in various roles in the farming industry.

Circumstances changed, and I decided to take a job as a dog walker in Rutland. After two years of working in all sorts of weather and making many new four legged friends, I just knew that I’d found my calling and haven’t looked back since! I now live in the Vale of Belvoir and can’t wait to meet you and your pet(s).
